The 100-year-old recipes for many of our dishes came from its founder Kong Hiong, who was a renowned chef in Singapore. He migrated to the shores of Singapore from his hometown in Sun Wui, Canton with nothing but his family’s age-old recipes. The essence of his family’s recipes has been passed down from generation to generation. The owners grandparents and ancestors originated the old Canton village recipes featured in the restaurant, so you are assured to have only authentic food here!
